• Delivery
Normally, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days subject to item availability, although we always try our best to dispatch on the date of receipt, providing your order is received before 1pm. We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for all UK postal addresses. Please note, however, that this is not a guaranteed delivery service and we cannot confirm the date of delivery. Orders have to be signed for on receipt, and for your convenience you can arrange delivery to any postal address.
We can send orders via special delivery for guaranteed next day delivery as long as orders are received before 1pm. There is an additional charge for this service, please email us for details. We cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail strikes or disputes that may delay the delivery.
• Overseas Delivery
Please contact us for a quotation of additional costs for overseas delivery. This will include size, weight and/or destination. We will request written confirmation via email that the additional cost is acceptable before completing your order.
• Refunds / Incorrect Sizes
In the unlikely event of damaged goods being delivered or incorrect sizes being ordered, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve any issues. All items are strictly limited editions and therefore availability cannot always be guaranteed. To avoid disappointment in replacement designs in correct sizes, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery for claims to be considered.
Please note we are unable to accept the cost of sending us back returns where the goods have been incorrectly ordered.
• Availability and Designs
All designs are Limited Editions and are subject to availability. All effort has been made to display the colours of the designs as closely as possible to the final product. Due to the vast amount of varied computer displays we cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate colour calibration of our customers equipment. We reserve the right to replace any item without notice.
• Sizes
All sizes are displayed next to each product. We recommend that if you are in doubt you call us on 01702 716643.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment
At present we only accept payment via paypal for internet orders. Cheques payments can be made, please contact us for more information. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received/cleared.
